Guess What??????

It's been WARM here!  Like to the point that it's a bit annoying.  Yes, I am tired of being cold, and yes it did snow last week, but there has to be a happy medium between 30 and 84!  Right now, it's in the high 60's, the sun is shining, a light breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the frogs are.... chirping?  Whatever sound they make.  THIS is perfect!


YES, I said I hear frogs!  NO, we don't have a pond, lake, or any other tributary of water.  Goes to show how much rain we have had!

It's been DRY here!

I'm going to mow my yard for the SECOND time today!

Bud Light's LITTLE can of Lime-a-Rita has 220 calories in it. 220!  And it's such a cute little can! That explains a great deal about my not so good progress in the losing weight department! Time for some behavioral modifications!

** Disclaimer.  Wearing a pedometer or some such measuring of steps device and mowing a bumpy yard may lead to a FALSE sense of accomplishment!  I might have earned those extra 9000 steps if I had PUSHED my yard, but I will stay on the rider thank you very much!

It's going to, according the latest and greatest weather report, rain EVERY DAY for the foreseeable future starting tonight!

My house is NOT First Communion ready......yet.

Tall Guy might take the sprayer out to the field today!  Grandpa is lobbying for the planter to go too, but I don't think that is going to happen!

I promised you a story about the one creature I had never seen until this year's spring break vacation.  It is coming to a post to you very soon!  But for now I have to go bale  mow the barn lot and the yard again before Mother Nature starts tinkling on us!
