What are you doing with coconut oil? Apparently you can also take a teaspoon or two of it, swish it around for about 15-20 minutes while you do your morning thing, spit it out in the waste basket, and you have just won the battle against plaque, bad breath, darkening teeth, and possibly a whole slew of oral health benefits?
I'm intrigued!
The coconut oil conversation also branched off to include PiYo. When I Googled those four letters, I came up with a new way to workout combining pilates and yoga! Who knew?!?! When a friend told me I should try PiYo for it's healthy benefits, I made this wise crack, "Hello! I line in Fowler, not Indy......" Then imagine my surprise when another friend chimed in with. "They are having a Monday night class on PiYo in town start this next Monday!"

Very interesting! I cook with coconut oil and it's also one of the main ingredients in my homemade soaps. Good luck with the PiYo. Never heard of it before.
