I come from a very long line of accomplished cooks! My Grandma Lyons cooked for Mr. George Ade at his home, Hazelden, near Brook, Indiana. After Mr. Ade passed, Grandma and Grandpa opened up the Brook Hotel where Grandma became well known for her homestyle meals. I have learned from her, then my mom and my aunts. You will also find recipes created from Gooseberry Patch cookbooks, and I have worked with Clabber Girl, King's Hawaiian Bread, and Maple Leaf Duck.
